Programming and Planning

A well prepared programme is essential to every construction project and is an important if not vital common reference. We will interpret the detail and scope of work of the project documentation that is available and produce a statement of intent for your project. Generally all programmes will have been resource levelled. We have access to various software packages to meet your requirements.

All participants in the process will be consulted and all necessary research carried out to ensure that all relevant factors are considered.

Design, being a key contribution to the preparation of the programme will take precedence to ensure that the final set of actions (the programme) are realistically achievable.

We are also available to assess performance and make recommendations as to control measures required in order to keep the project on track. Re-programming and re-scheduling can also be carried out if required.

The programme will be easily understood, realistic, achievable, unambiguous, based on available information, appropriately detailed and co-ordinated with relevant interfaces.
